Group Centre activities 

My Home Disability Services has an established Day Programs in Southwest Sydney with the goal of providing meaningful activities and opportunities for the development of life skills and access to group activities. Our Centre has many facilities which cater the various needs you may have. This includes access to our great sensory rooms, gym, trampoline, hydrotherapy bath and much more.

Our day program aims to assist you in your journey to develop your life skills how you would like (Cooking, exercise etc.).

To complement this service, My Home Disability Services offers accessible transport to and from our day program.

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinating team will work with you and your support network to get you the most out of your plan funding. Our highly personalised coordination service will work with participants to help them carefully budget the funds allocated in their Plan and connect them to supports and services that will best help them achieve their needs and aspirations.

Community Participation

My Home Disability Services will be there to assist you in accessing the community. Our Support Workers will mentor and guide you in successfully reaching your goal of participating in the community. Our Support Workers are multilingual and multicultural to cater to all your needs.
